Returns & Exchanges

At this time returns are not accepted. Majority of pieces at Dora Frank are handmade and/or made-to-order. Being a small business and putting a large amount of time and effort into every order that is received makes it beyond our capacity to handle returns at the moment.

We want you to love what you receive. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or not what you expected. Exchanges or changes/fixes will be considered on a case-by-case basis by emailing dora@dorafrank.com. Engraved or embossed products are final sale and cannot be exchanged.

Ring resizing is available within 30 days of purchase by emailing dora@dorafrank.com. Please note that many (but not all) of our rings can be resized; a dramatic size increase or decrease on a made-to-order handmade item may not be possible.
